Registration

15/04/2016 - Our Registration site is now open. Please, before going to the site, read the instructions below thoroughly:

• The fees for registration are as follows:

  • IEEE Member (Early/Late): US$675/US$850
    IEEE Student Member (Early/Late): US$500/US$625

    Non-IEEE Member (Early/Late): US$850/US$1,000
    Non-IEEE Student Member (Early/Late): US$675/US$850

    Life/Retired IEEE Member (Early/Late): US$500/US$625

  • Early Registration goes until April 30, 2016

  • Brazilian attendees, when associated to the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC) pay the same fee values in Reais (R$)

  • The registration site can only operate using the Brazilian currency (Reais, R$). To avoid fluctuations in the exchange rate, this was fixed at 1US$=3.8R$

• The registration site employs the ECOs system from the SBC. The URL of the registration site is https://centraldesistemas.sbc.org.br/ecos/async2016

  • The default language of the site is Portuguese. If you wish to interact in English and the system do not automatically redirects you to an English webpage, please click on the "Home" icon in the upper right of the page, click on the american flag in the newly open page and then click on the ECOS system rectangle.

  • In the resulting page, click on the ASYNC 2016 icon and then use the upper right corner pop-up window to create your registration login. After logging in you are on the ASYNC 2016 Registration page.

• Warning: Due to still unresolved banking issues, some of the available payment methods displayed in the website are not yet available for use. We strongly advise you to employ the CREDIT CARD form of payment.

  • In particular, debit cards and bank bills are not yet supported. Please contact  Ney Calazans ([email protected]) if you have problems with your registration payment. We will post news about this if and whenever the situation changes.
