IHC 2008 is divided in two steps:
- Tutorials and workshops will happen during the first day of the event (October, 21st), they have individual fees. The participant must choose whether to participate of these activities. Each of the activities has specific fee.
- Tutorial: Contribuições da Engenharia Semiótica para os Métodos Científicos de Pesquisa em IHC (das 8h as 12h e das 14h as 18h)
- Tutorial: Aplicando Conceitos e Técnicas de Serviços em IHC (das 14h as 18hs)
- Workshop: Aspectos da Interação Humano-Computador na Web Social (das 8h as 12h)
- Workshop: Usabilidade, Acessibilidade e Inteligibidade aplicadas em interfaces para analfabetos, idosos e pessoas com deficiência (das 8h as 12h e das 14h as 18h)
- The presentation of technical papers, the invited speakers, panels and demos will happen on the remaining days (October, 22nd, 23rd and 24th). The basic registration fee includes the participation in these 3 days (October, 22nd, 23rd and 24th), as well it includes the material of the event, coffee breaks and cocktail.
These fees do not include food, hotel neither the participation in the dinner event.
The dinner event will be on Thursday (October, 23rd) in a typical restaurant, with shows and dance floor. The cost of the dinner (with drink included) is R$50,00.
