The conference will be held in beautiful resort

Additionally to the conference days, those special offers can be extended for a few days before or after the conference itself (to a maximum of 7 additional days).
The Costão do Santinho includes in these fares all meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and a variety of leisure options (sauna, heated pools, yoga, archery, fitness center, etc).
Internet access during the conference
Optionally, conference attendees staying in the resort may also benefit of a special discount in a 168 (7 days) contiguous hours internet connection for R$ 125,00 brazilian reais. The internet connection is available in the guest private apartements (wired) and also in the conference room (wireless). Attendees willing to benefit from this offer must say so at the hotel reception.
Reservation procedure (strongly recommended)
In order to make a reservation you must fill the booking form (choose the format) and send it electronically to [email protected] or by fax to +55 51 3333 2711. However, after August 3rd, the hotel may not have room availability with those special prices offered for conference attendees.
After receiving this booking form, the hotel will send you an email confirming the reservation with the debit authorization form.
The debit authorization form must be signed and sent back by fax to +55 51 3333 2711.

Other hotels in Florianópolis City are also available, but they are at least 20 minutes driving distance from the conference site and no special prices are available for conference attendees. Please note that conference is located in the Costão do Santinho Resort which is outside Florianopolis city. Please contact local organization about other hotel options.
